"The driver arrived early to the wrong address (6 houses up from ours). He then called us to complain that we were late, despite receiving the call 5 minutes before our scheduled pick up time (7pm). On collection, the driver wanted to change the collection time from 11.15pm to 11pm. I agreed that we would start making our way to him just after 11pm. We received a call saying again that we were late - 1 minute past 11pm. Driver asked lots of questions about how much we had paid and whether we had already paid, despite me having confirmation of this. It made the trip a little uncomfortable. "

"This is the second time I’ve used this company and the second time they failed to collect me on my return journey from Birmingham airport. On both occasions they mixed the times up and I was left waiting for over an hour. On the first occasion I suggested a form. of compensation to which they cancelled the return journey and left me stranded ( the boss did ring back to reinstate my journey - but didn’t consider their poor performance warranted any refund). The drivers were good but overall very sloppy and unprofessional with their time management. On my experience I would not recommend this company. "

"I arranged the car for my friend who was returning home after spending Thanksgiving with us. My friend's mobile battery had died, but I had sent them a picture of him so that they could locate him. The driver completely overlooked my friend despite him standing at the taxi rank ready to be collected. I was charged for the pick-up despite them not picking up my friend. Three hours later my friend managed to charge his mobile enough to contact us to tell us he was still waiting in the same place. I had to pay again for the car to come and collect him. Absolutely appalled by the service. Then the company contacted me the next day to advise that the charge had not been sucessful and I had to make the payment all over again. "

The journey home was a different experience, we waited outside at midnight with two children but no taxi. I rang at 12.15 and was told the taxi was minutes away, I rang again at 12.36 and was told the same ! It arrived at 12.45 which I find unacceptable we were obviously forgotten about. When we arrived home the driver tried to charge us and was completely unaware we had pre-paid ! "

Both, however we're quite dusty inside. Not the end of the world but an easy thing to fix to clean the insides daily. I Will use them again though.
